We have worked with the Performance Show Horse Association since 2013 to promote legislation that will make a difference within the equine industry. We have built a coalition of senators and representatives who support common sense regulatory changes.

Coal Operators and Associates (COA) is a trade organization that represents most of the coal production in eastern Kentucky. We assist COA with all of their members’ issues at the federal level, including interactions with the Office of Surface Mining, the EPA, and the Mine Safety and Health Administration, as well as advocating for legislative issues in Congress.

Assisting Hinkle Contracting with a variety of regulatory and permitting issues with federal agencies including the United State Forest Service.

 
National Coalition for Assistive & Rehab Technology

National Coalition for Assistive and Rehab Technology

The National Coalition for Assistive and Rehab Technology, or NCART, provides high-tech wheelchairs for people with severe mobility issues. We worked with NCART to pass legislation through Congress to ensure that these patient-specific wheelchairs were recognized by Medicare.

St. Claire Healthcare

Secured a $28 million medical office buildingSt. Claire Healthcare utilizing USDA Rural Development Loan funds and New Market Tax Credit investments. We also secured $3 million in grant funding for vital hospital equipment, including a state-of-the-art digital x-ray machine and expanded dental suite.

City of Corbin, Kentucky

Assisted the City of Corbin and the Office of the Mayor with the development and submittal of a U.S. Department of Transportation grant application that resulted in a $12,000,000 award which, combined with state funding, will enable the City to reconstruct much-needed lane additions to the City’s primary connector to U.S. Interstate 75.

 
KCEOC Community Action Council, Inc

KCEOC Community Action Council, Inc

Assisted KCEOC with developing and submitting federal and state grant applications that resulted in $6,300,000 in grant funding which enabled KCEOC to construct a new Workforce Training Center in eastern Kentucky.

 
Americans for Transparency and Accountability

Americans for Transparency and Accountability

Worked closely with congressional contacts to successfully insert language into an important piece of legislation which helps safeguard American rights.


 
University of Pikeville

University of Pikeville

We worked with the University of Pikeville to finance the construction of a $40 million medical school, and secured $15 million in savings through the use of tax credit financing and federal grants.

Estill County KY Public School System

Assisted the Superintendent’s office with the development and submittal of a federal grant application that resulted in a $3 million award. This funding, along with state and local funding, will enable the Estill County School System to construct a new vocational education facility and provide new workforce development programs.


 
Union College

Union College

We worked with Union College to coordinate the establishment of a new four-year nursing program. The project included renovating an abandoned building into a new, $17 million school of nursing. We helped secure Appalachian Regional Commission and Kentucky grant funds as well as New Market Tax Credits.

 
High Technology Foundation

High Technology Foundation

We have assisted the High Technology Consortium Foundation with a variety of appropriations activities connected to their work with the Department of Energy’s National Laboratory in Pittsburgh, NASA, and the National Weather Service.
