New Market Tax Credits
The U.S. Treasury’s New Market Tax Credits program functions similarly to a grant for nonprofits and government entities. We help nonprofits, local governments, hospitals, and higher education institutions create financing packages using New Market Tax Credits. Since the program’s creation in 2017, we have been a leader in successfully utilizing Opportunity Zones for local governments and creating additional economic impacts for small businesses.
